License Agreement:
		Tubero CADD Technology grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the use of this program and all accompanying
		documentations according to the following terms and conditions:

		1. As a single user, you are only authorized to install the program on any one computer at a time.
		2. You may copy or reproduce this program into any machine in readable or printed form for backup or modification purposes in support
		    of your use of this program on a single computer only.
		3. You will not review, modify, translate, decompile, decode or alter the source code of this program.
		4. You will not merge any portion of this program into another program.
		5. You will not rent, transfer or grant any rights to this program to any individual or organization without written authorization from
		    Tubero CADD Technology.
		6. This program is designed to operate in Evaluation, Demo or Production Mode.
		
		You may use this program in Production Mode only once a valid authorization is issued or a proper license is granted to you
		by Tubero CADD Technology or its authorized representative.
		
		This program is proprietarty product of Tubero CADD Technology and protected by copyright laws. Title to this program
		or any copy, modification or merged portion thereof, shall at all time remain with Tubero CADD Technology.

		Term:
		• This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying this program together with all copies,
		  modifications and merged portion in any form.
		• It will also terminate upon conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, if you fail to comply with any term or condition of
		  this Agreement, or if you fail to pay the appropriate license fee(s).
		• You agree upon termination, to destroy this program together with all copies, modifications and merged portions in any form.

		Disclaimer:
		• Under no circumstances shall Tubero CADD Technology be liable for any damages, including loss of data, loss of profits,
		  incidental, consequential, direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this program or accompanying documentation.
		• This limitation applies even if Tubero CADD Technology or its authorized dealer has been advised of the possibility of
		  an occurrence of such damage. The user shall acknowledge that the license fee does not reflect any risk of liability.
		• By installing this application program, you agree to be legally bound by the above. If, however, you do not agree to these terms
		  and conditions, please cancel the installation at once.
